Vietnam law on property haddling after land exception - Regulations and some recommendations

Abstract

The article focuses on analyzing the regulations on property handling after coercion from the perspective of property rights in civil law. In which, clarifying cases where regulations on post-coercive property handling must be applied, and responsibilities of the organization in charge of enforcement; At the same time, find out the current situation of applying regulations on management and handling of assets after coercive land recovery in Vietnam. From there, the article proposes recommendations to improve Vietnam's law related to property handling after coercive land recovery.
